This role is part of our Customer Success team. Customer success is central to the company's growth plans and is the core differentiator between ParallelDots and competitors in the market. We are known for our efficient, flexible, and delightful customer service. We have set ourselves a high benchmark and strive to achieve higher.
Customer Success team is responsible for delivering all client projects. The ticket of a single project runs in 100s of thousands dollars, making the relationship building and nurturing with the client key to success. This role is at the confluence of sales, product, engineering, data science and data ops verticals - where all come together to deliver complex AI projects for our clients. Customer Success offers the best exposure to business context, tech, internal functioning of all verticals within the company, and client relationships.
As we head into years of strong growth, we have some exciting problem statements to solve for! We look for leaders who come in with ownership and initiative to propel the company towards next stages of growth.
