Project Coordinator - Creative Operations

• Coordinate projects and day-to-day workflows between the Dubai team and India team to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
  
• Manage project briefs, requirements, timelines, priorities, and deliverables, ensuring all necessary information is available before work begins.
  
• Track ongoing tasks, deadlines, dependencies, feedback, revisions, and approvals across multiple projects.
  
• Facilitate clear communication between teams, ensuring requirements and feedback are accurately conveyed and action items are followed through.
  
• Coordinate the creative workflow from initial briefing and content preparation to video editing, review, approval, and final delivery.
  
• Monitor project progress, proactively follow up on pending tasks, identify bottlenecks, and escalate delays or unresolved issues.
  
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, meeting notes, and regular status updates to ensure visibility and accountability across teams.
  
• Support collaboration across locations and time zones, ensuring smooth handovers, clear ownership, and consistent workflow continuity.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  
• Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with up to 1 year of experience, including relevant internships, are preferred.
  
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including social media, content, creative, and video production teams.
  
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, creative workflows, content production, and project coordination.
  
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to tracking tasks, following up on pending work, and meeting deadlines.
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to coordinate with international teams across different locations and time zones.
