Project Coordinator cum Cyber Security Trainer

Salary: - 35,000 CTC (It May varry as per Interview Base on Apporved)

Desire Profile: - Deliver engaging training sessions on cybersecurity and AI fundamentals, combining theory with hands-on lab exercises and real-world applications. Manage day-to-day operations of the Digital Transformation Van, ensuring smooth execution of training programs and optimal resource utilization. Mobilize and counsel youth, support registrations, and coordinate with schools, colleges, and community stakeholders for outreach activities. Develop training content, guide students on projects, and maintain MIS, reports, and documentation. Organize awareness sessions and community programs to enhance participation and program impact.

About the Project

The Digital Transformation Van (DTV) initiative aims to bridge the digital divide by delivering cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence awareness programs to underserved communities. The project focuses on empowering youth with future-ready skills through training, awareness sessions, and community engagement.

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing field-level operations of the DTV project while delivering training under the Cyber Smart AI Prime and supporting Cyber & AI Workforce programs. The role includes conducting training on cybersecurity fundamentals and AI concepts, mobilizing students, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth implementation of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on cybersecurity concepts, network protocols, cyber threats, cryptography, and security practices as per the course curriculum.
  
• Facilitate sessions on Artificial Intelligence fundamentals, including NLP, computer vision, machine learning, and AI applications.
  
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Digital Transformation Van, ensuring effective utilization of resources and smooth functioning.
  
• Mobilize youth from nearby communities and support student registration, counselling, and engagement.
  

·        Conduct hands-on lab sessions and practical exercises on areas such as network security, ethical hacking, vulnerability assessment, and web security.

·        Develop and update training content, lab exercises, and learning materials aligned with industry practices.

·        Guide students on projects, assignments, and practical cybersecurity applications.

• Coordinate with schools, colleges, community leaders, and partner organizations for outreach and awareness activities.
  
• Maintain training records, attendance, reports, MIS documentation, and submit regular updates to the Head Office.
  
• Organize awareness sessions, student activities, and community programs to enhance program visibility and participation.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Education, Management, or related field.
  
• 3–5 years of experience in training, project coordination, or skill development programs.
  
• Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and AI concepts.
  
• Strong communication, coordination, and community engagement skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report preparation.
