As part of the R&D Team, you will work directly with the Founder and Project Director to conceptualize, prototype, test, improve, and commercialize innovative mechanical products that solve everyday challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Research everyday problems that can be solved through innovative mechanical tools.
  
• Design, build, and improve product concepts and prototypes.
  
• Participate in brainstorming, product ideation, testing, and implementation.
  
• Coordinate with manufacturing partners and vendors during prototype development.
  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  
• Document product specifications, testing reports, and improvement recommendations.
  
• Assist in product commercialization and production readiness.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, usability, and manufacturability.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development.
  
• Maintain complete confidentiality of all research and intellectual property developed within CX25WW.
