Location: Gurgaon (5 Days WFO + 1 Day WFH)

About the Role
We are hiring for Project Coordinator/ Senior Project Coordinator/ Project Manager – AI Data (Non-Technical Role)
This is a non-technical, execution-heavy role focused on managing large-scale AI data collection and annotation projects used to train machine learning models.
Depending on your experience, you may join under one of the following tracks:
• Track A – Project Coordinator
• Track B – Senior Project Coordinator/ Project Manager
Both tracks own projects end-to-end. The difference lies in the level of client interaction and team handling responsibility.

Important Clarification
This is NOT a software development or technical project management role.
You will NOT manage developers or write code.
This role is operations-driven and execution-focused, managing freelancers, vendors, quality, timelines, and delivery for AI data projects.
Track A – Project Operations (Execution-Focused)

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and onboard freelancers across multiple channels
• Break down project requirements into clear execution steps
• Maintain daily trackers (submissions, QC, approvals, rework, closures)
• Monitor throughput and flag risks early
• Coordinate corrections and ensure compliance with guidelines
• Maintain proper file naming, folder structures, and metadata accuracy
• Solve operational bottlenecks independently

Growth Path:
High performers will be groomed for Client Delivery/Project Lead roles within 3-6 months, based on ownership and performance.
Track B – Senior Project Coordinator/ Project Manager
Best suited for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience in client handling, delivery management, outsourcing, IT services, digital agencies, or project-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary point of contact for clients
• Understand requirements and translate them into execution plans
• Own delivery timelines, quality, and client satisfaction
• Manage coordinators, interns, freelancers, and vendors
• Track daily throughput and identify risks proactively
• Conduct review calls and manage escalations
• Improve workflows for faster and more accurate execution

Work Timing & Flexibility
• Standard working hours (8–10 hours/day)
• Some projects may require occasional overlap with US time zones
• This does NOT mean continuous night shifts
• If working US-aligned hours, office presence during those hours is not required
