Overview

We are looking for experienced Site Engineers and Project Engineers with hands-on experience in Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Underground Drainage (UGD) project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong on-site execution experience and the ability to manage construction activities, technical coordination, and project progress on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Underground Drainage (UGD) works on-site.
  

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  

• Analyze and interpret process plant drawings and construction drawings.
  

• Prepare and review estimations, BOQs, and bar bending schedules.
  

• Manage sub-contractor billing and work progress.
  

• Monitor site manpower, material usage, and productivity.
  

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
  

• Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  

• 3-6+ years of relevant construction experience depending on role.
  

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures.
  

• Experience in structural and finishing works.
  

• Basic knowledge of site store management and material control.
  

• Ability to manage on-site execution activities independently.
  

• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
  

Experience Requirements

Site Engineer

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil construction.
  

• Experience in STP / UGD project execution preferred.
  

Project Engineer

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in civil construction.
  

• Must have completed at least 2 STP projects.
