Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) – Project Finance & Credit Analysis

Job Overview: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant with expertise in Techno -Economic Viability (TEV) studies, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), Lender’s Engineer Reports, ASM monitoring, Credit Analysis and ECR understanding.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in evaluating project proposals, conducting financial due diligence, preparing structured reports for banks and financial institutions, and supporting lender requirements throughout the credit lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
TEV & DPR Preparation: Prepare and review TEV studies and DPRs for new and expansion projects across diverse industries. Analyze cost structures, market potential, production viability, project timelines, and return on investment.
Credit & Financial Analysis: Conduct in -depth credit appraisal of companies and projects, including ratio analysis, cash flow projections, DSCR, IRR, and sensitivity analysis.Assist in preparing credit notes and investment memos for financial institutions and NBFCs.
Lender’s Engineer & ASM Reports: Collaborate with technical teams for preparation and review of Lender’s Engineer Reports. Monitor disbursements, physical progress, and fund utilization under ASM assignments on behalf of banks. Client & Lender Interface: Coordinate with borrowers for data collection, clarifications, and site visits. Liaise with lending institutions for submission, queries, and follow -ups related to TEV, DPR, ASM, and credit reports.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to RBI norms, banking guidelines, and industry standards in report formats and credit parameters. Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for submitted reports and communications.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualified, with 2–7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of project finance, credit risk assessment, and industrial costing.
- Familiarity with RBI circulars, banking formats, and infrastructure/project -based lending norms.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and presentation.
- Proficient in MS Excel, financial modelling, and report writing.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience: Prior experience in consulting firms, rating agencies, NBFCs, or as a project finance consultant. Exposure to sectors like ethanol, steel, real estate, manufacturing, logistics, and infrastructure.
