Project Head Transmission

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple Power Transmission projects across India.


• Handle end-to-end project execution from survey, design coordination, foundation, erection, stringing, testing, commissioning, and project handover.


• Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, and resource allocation.


• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and contractual compliance.


• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities for smooth execution.


• Resolve project bottlenecks and ensure timely completion.


• Ensure adherence to safety SOPs and maintain zero-accident objectives.


• Guide project teams and drive successful project delivery.

Mandatory Requirements:

• B.E./Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering.


• 15–24 years of experience in Power Transmission EPC projects.


• Strong experience in survey, foundation, tower erection, stringing, testing, and commissioning.


• Mandatory experience in handling multiple 765 kV TBCB Transmission Line projects.


• Excellent leadership, planning, client coordination, and project management skills.
