Job Description - Project Lead

â¢ Working with the state education department to manage the program in schools where the Mindspark program is being implemented

â¢ Coordinate implementation of the PAL solution (Mindspark Program) across government residential schools, ensuring smooth delivery of infrastructure, devices, and software

â¢ Designing and facilitating capacity building workshops for teachers, administrators and other stakeholders

â¢ Track implementation quality and usage data at the school level, identify challenges, and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes and program efficiency.

â¢ Prepare project progressreport on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for relevant stakeholders

â¢ Escalate queries, issues, and bugs to the respective team for accurate resolution and efficient implementation

â¢ Supervise/train field staff and coordinators to ensure regular updates, school visits, and consistent program implementation

â¢ Travel for program Implementation, training, and on ground support as and when required

â¢ Maintain clear and timely communication with government counterparts, internal teams, and funders, ensuring accurate documentation of all processes, decisions, and outcomes.
â¢ This job requires a travel of 15 days.

Requirements

â¢ Minimum 2+ years of work experience in a government department/NGO/education sector

â¢ Understanding of Edtech/learning assessments/education sector/public policy in India

â¢ Prior experience in project management, teacher training, or government engagement is desirable

â¢ Good skills to provide training to small to medium groups

â¢ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

â¢ Data interpretation and data explanation skills

â¢ Project Implementation and Management Skills

â¢ Excellent networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with government and institutional stakeholders.

â¢ Must have good communication skills in Telugu and English

â¢ Comfortable with travel within Telangana
