Project Lead

•     Create architectural approaches for software design and implementation.
  


•     Collaborate with other professionals and users to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
  


•     Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product   
  


•     Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
  


•     Mentor software team on coding skills, issue-tracking and source control system skills, and agile development mentality
  


•     Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
  


•     Involve in code reviews, bug tracking, project management with the rest of the team.
  


•     Develop, document and implement system libraries, modules and applications for Paledify
  


•     Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
