Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead a program designed to shift the trajectory for young women from underserved communities. In partnership with academic and social research institutions, this role focuses on preparing young women for the future of work by bridging the gap between employability and AI readiness.

This is not a traditional operations role. You will be responsible for the end-to-end setup and execution of the program in new cities—building partnerships, forming teams, and ensuring seamless training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expansion & Partnerships: Set up and anchor ecosystem and college partnerships in two new geographies (Ahmedabad & Guwahati).

• Program Oversight: Lead the learner selection process and oversee the delivery of training, mentoring, and live projects.

• Operational Excellence: Manage impact tracking, reporting, and documentation standards in collaboration with the central team.

• Strategic Execution: Balance large-scale expansion (upskilling 1,500 women over 2 years) while maintaining high program quality and meaningful outcomes.

Essential Qualifications & Experiences:

• Experience: 1–2 years in client servicing, business development, or project operations (Development sector experience is not mandatory).

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

• Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi; experienced in creating professional proposals and presentations.

• Mindset: A creative problem-solver who thrives in uncertainty and can manage both field execution and central coordination.

• Travel: Comfortable with travel across project locations in Ahmedabad and Guwahati.

About Program:

The program equips learners with Generative AI skills through a 40-hour immersive curriculum (32 hours offline, 8 hours online). Training modules include:

• Building chatbots and training agentic AI.
• AI-powered research, communication, and productivity tactics.
• Creative problem-solving, presentation, and collaboration skills.
