About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, driving project success, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Project Planning & Strategy:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans to ensure project success.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
Execution & Delivery:
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between project outcomes and organizational objectives.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and risk registers.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Masters degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Social work or a related field
5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools
Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Salary: The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 60,000/- per month (cost to company) (The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate)
