Defines & update the project management processes, standards and governance Tracking & reporting status of deliverables & milestones Support the adoption of RPA project life cycle day to day Monitors risk management Co-ordination of the regular RPA project and program level reporting cycles Co-ordination of project governance, post project reviews Contributing the quality reviews and coordinating activities in support of quality objectives Ensure RPA project plans and project documentation are up-to-date Contribute to delivery of RPaaS solution development on time. Adheres to corporate policies and procedures including code of conduct, audit procedures and control related responsibility for financial data entered, stored or reported At least 3 years recent experience in RPA / Software Development Program Management Ability to work in flexible shift hours including night shifts Ability to interface and work with analysts and managers Ability to work as part of a team and drive the team towards the common goal Ability to work independently with minimal guidance Experience of managing small projects, or exposure to the end to end RPA project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the RPA project lifecycle Experience of working within a structured RPA project management framework Advanced Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel Understanding of the importance for detail and organization Skill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities A strong customer centric approach.
