Project Governance & Reporting:
• Support project and program governance by implementing PMO standards,
processes, and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and leadership
dashboards.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple
initiatives.
Program & Stakeholder Support:
• Run weekly and monthly reporting cadences and consolidate updates for
leadership.
• Facilitate project review meetings, steering committee forums, and action
tracking.
• Act as a central point of coordination between business stakeholders and
delivery teams.
Operational & Financial Oversight:
• Support resource planning, capacity tracking, and utilization reporting.
• Assist with budget tracking, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement across delivery
operations.
•
3–8 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or Program Management
support roles.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall,
Hybrid).
• Hands -on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel,
PowerPoint, or Smartsheet.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bias for action and comfort operating in a fast -paced, early -stage
environment.
