Roles & Responsibilities:

• Initiate and govern Agile squad aligned with business
  goals.
  
• Plan and organize project activities, timelines, and
  deliverables.
  
• Manage stakeholders through effective communication and
  engagement.
  
• Facilitate Agile practices and guide teams in living Agile
  values and principles.
  
• Coach team members on Scrum frameworks, ceremonies, and
  best practices.
  
• Plan and track delivery using metrics like Velocity,
  Burndown, and Cumulative Flow.
  
• Remove obstacles and shield the team from external
  disruptions.
  
• Support DevOps adoption by enabling Agile -aligned project
  setups.
  
• Apply project governance and manage risks, resources, and
  budgets as needed.
  
• People Manager for his team (career discussions, feedback)
  

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Bachelor in Science or Engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

Agile certification (CSM or CSPO)
