Summary:


A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. They lead cross -functional teams, set project objectives, and facilitate communication among stakeholders. Additionally, Project Managers identify and mitigate risks, allocate resources, and monitor progress through various stages of the project lifecycle. They are adept at problem -solving, possess strong organizational and leadership skills, and are proficient in project management tools and methodologies. A successful Project Manager drives team collaboration, maintains high -quality standards, and delivers successful outcomes in alignment with organizational goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: The role involves managing multiple projects concurrently while ensuring high quality and communication standards.
  • Coordination: Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to schedule project activities such as timing, sampling, data collection, and quality assurance.
  • Quality Control: Checking the accuracy of questionnaire content, survey links, and redirection before the project goes live.
  • Survey Setup: Ensuring the survey setup design meets quality standards, including aspects like pre -screening, quotas, and sample balance.
  • Project Monitoring: Continuously monitoring project progress, troubleshooting issues proactively, and finding cost -effective solutions.
  • Vendor Management: Managing third -party partners and outsourcing vendors to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Communication: Regularly communicating with clients to update them on study status. 
  • Client Relationship: Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project process and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Complex Projects: Handling complex projects for major clients and those with high -growth potential.
  • Support: Assisting sales and finance personnel as required and supporting existing account relationships to secure repeat business and achieve revenue targets.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 -2 years of demonstrated experience in marketing research and/or client service in a client -facing role. Experience in the online research/panel industry is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem -solving, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Multi -Tasking: The ability to multitask in a fast -paced environment while working independently.
  • Detail -Oriented: Attention to detail, flexibility, and resourcefulness are required qualities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: A commitment to the highest standards of customer satisfaction is expected.
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Environment: Adaptability to a startup and entrepreneurial environment is important.
  • Vendor Management Experience: Experience in managing vendors is preferable.
