Looking for Project Manager with good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for planning and coordinating multiple projects and supervising multiple teams. They should be able use their knowledge, expertise, and skills to mentor and guide team members ensuring quality and timely delivery of products.   

They are someone who is currently living in Tamil Nadu or Kerala and can start immediately or have 30 day's notice period.  

Job Responsibilities:  

• Deep knowledge of the complete software development life cycle and its nuances.  

• Communicate effectively to clients and build strong relationships with them.  

• Distill abstract business concepts and client needs into a proper documentation.  

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.  

• Planning and executing sprints for completing projects on time.  

• Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams.  

• Ensuring quality of delivery and that all directives are being followed.  

• Be able to think as the customer and as the user.  

• Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.  

• Flexibility and dependability to work in multifaceted working environments.  

• Lead with effective supervision towards greater productivity.  

• Conduct usability testing to identify gaps in requirements and see if they can be further improved.  

• Evaluate and motivate engineers toward continued growth and leading design solutions.  

• Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.  

• Determining the need for training and talent development.  

• Creating an efficient and fun work environment for the team.  

Mandatory Requirements:  

• Experience in scrum ceremonies and any scrum tool.  

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager  

• Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.

Eligibility Criteria:  

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience as a Project manager
