• Role Summary:
  
• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to oversee our development projects at our Tada location. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in line with Ridhira quality standards.
  
• 
  
• Key Responsibilities:
  
• Plan and execute end-to-end project management for plotted development/villa projects at Telangana and Andhra Pradesh
  
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
  
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  
• Ensure all construction activities comply with legal, environmental, and safety standards.
  
• Control project costs and manage budgets effectively.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and project reports.
  
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
  
• Regularly update management on project status, milestones, and any escalations.
  
• Supervise on-site operations and ensure quality standards are met.
  
• Liaise with local authorities for necessary approvals, NOCs, and compliance requirements.
  
• Lead site meetings and manage a team of site engineers and supervisors. and reports should be submitted to according to HQ

• Key Skills & Requirements:
  
• Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering Construction Management, or a related field.
  
• 10 - 20 years of experience in real estate or infrastructure project management.
  
• Strong understanding of plotted development, villas, or township projects.
  
• Knowledge of local bylaws, construction standards, and environmental regulations.
  
• Excellent project planning and execution skills.
  
• Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and other project management tools is preferred.
  
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
  
• Ability to work and stay at/near the project site as required.
