Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
  

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
  

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
  

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
  

• Track project progress, manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  

• Facilitate daily stand -ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum)
  

• Monitor and report project status to management and stakeholders
  

• Ensure compliance with company processes, security, and quality standards
  

• Manage change requests and communicate impact on scope, cost, and timeline
  

• Mentor team members and promote best project management practices
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
  

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
  

• Proven experience managing software development and IT projects
  

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  

• Strong problem -solving, risk management, and decision -making abilities
  

• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Zoho Projects, MS Project, etc.)
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  

• Strong documentation and reporting skills
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
  

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or SaaS products
  

• Exposure to compliance, security, and regulatory requirements
  

• Experience working with cross -functional and distributed teams
  

• Experience with dot net development.
