Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage infrastructure projects from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling IT infrastructure projects, cross -functional teams, vendor coordination, budgeting, and stakeholder management. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and execution capabilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end -to -end execution of IT infrastructure projects (Data Center, Network, Server, Cloud, Storage, Backup, Security, etc.).
  

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
  

• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  

• Coordinate with internal technical teams, vendors, and third -party partners.
  

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and security policies.
  

• Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to senior management.
  

• Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
  

• Ensure smooth project handover and documentation at closure.
  

• Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  

• 7–8 years of overall IT experience with at least 3–5 years in Project Management for infrastructure projects.
  

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components (Servers, Virtualization, Networking, Storage, Cloud platforms, Backup & DR).
  

• Experience managing large -scale infrastructure deployments or migration projects.
  

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid).
  

• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
  

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  

• Strong risk management and problem -solving abilities.
  

Preferred Certifications

• PMP / PRINCE2 (preferred)
  

• ITIL Certification
  

• Agile / Scrum Certification (added advantage)
