Project Manager@CheQ

This role
ensures seamless execution of high -impact projects closely working with all the
functional leaders including the Founder & CEO. This involves coordinating
and engaging with multiple stakeholders, managing risks associated with
critical projects and monitoring progress.

This
individual drives strategic initiatives, enhances efficiency and supports
informed decision -making, contributing significantly to the organization's
growth and success.

What you’ll be doing

â Work closely with all senior stakeholders and
executive team to manage and execute high -priority projects.
â Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring
all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
â Coordinate cross -functional teams to ensure projects
are completed on time and within scope.
â Monitor project progress, identify risks, and
implement solutions to keep projects on track.
â Prepare reports and presentations, summarizing
project status and outcomes.
â Facilitate effective communication and collaboration
among stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Like us, you’ll be deeply committed to delivering impactful
outcomes for customers.

5 -8 years of
strong experience in project management including planning, execution, and risk
management.
B2C product
delivery experience will be an added advantage.
Strong
stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build
relationships across all levels of the organization.
Good
communication and presentation skills.
Analytical
mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to
work in a fast -paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects
simultaneously.
A solid
understanding of business operations and strategy.
