Key Responsibilities
Manage end -to -end delivery of multiple projects, including technology (e.g., software development, AI implementations) and non -technology (e.g., operations, process optimization) initiatives.
Oversee operations management, including people leadership, business process improvements, and support for customers and vendors.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
Implement agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitate stand -ups, sprints, and retrospectives to drive product development cycles.
Collaborate with engineering, HR, sales, and external stakeholders to align on goals and resolve blockers.
Ensure clear, proactive communication across teams, reporting progress to leadership via tools like Jira, Microsoft Teams, or similar.
Monitor project metrics, optimize workflows, and adapt to changing priorities in a startup setting.
Required Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a mix of technology and non -technology portfolios.
Proven operations management expertise, including people management, business processes, and customer/vendor support.
Strong knowledge of project planning tools, agile/Scrum frameworks, and product development lifecycles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.
Familiarity with tech stacks (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Zoho) and HR/operations tools is a plus.
Ability to thrive in fast -paced environments, with a track record in Indian startups or tech firms.
