PRINCIPLE
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Analysis and Solution Proposal -Direct and manage Project Development
from beginning to end. Develop full -scale Project Plans and associated
Communication Documents.
· Plan and schedule project time lines and milestones using appropriate
tools.
· Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals
in Collaboration with Senior Management.
· Develop and deliver Progress Reports, Proposals, Requirements
Documentation and Presentations.
· To understand the basic project planning techniques, defining tasks and
identifying critical path.
· Project Implementation - Effectively Communicate Project expectations to
Team Members in a timely and clear manner.
· Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project
team, analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
· Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises,
and devise contingency plans.
· Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to
meet changing needs and requirements.
· Project /Practice Management - Manages day -to -day operational aspects of
a project and scope. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to
client.
· Effectively applies the methodology and enforces project standards.
· Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
· Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored
appropriately.
· Effectively conveys our message in both written and verbal business
development discussions.
· Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
· To critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources,
reconcile conflicts, decompose high -level information into details, abstract up
from low -level information to a more general understanding, distinguish
presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish
solution ideas from requirements.
· Technical Understanding - Possesses general understanding in the areas
of application programming, database and system design.
· 6+ years of experience in relevant technology and industry.
· Should be open to work in late shifts.
Required Skill sets:
Must
have:
• Product implementation background
• Ability to handle multiple small to medium
size projects simultaneously
• Excellent knowledge of any one of the PPM
tool such as MS Project online or Clarizen or Jira big picture
• Minimum 2 years worked as a PM role in a
product organization
• Excellent analytical skill
• Fluent Communication skill and knowledge of
US healthcare
Good
to have:
• PMP certification
• Good knowledge of productivity tools such as
Jira and/or Confluence
• Healthcare industry knowledge
• Know -how Web solution architecture
