Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong software development background to lead end -to -end software project delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience in Agile project management, client communication, team leadership, and ensuring timely, high -quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end -to -end software project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects while managing scope, risks, budgets, and resources.
  
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  
• Prepare and maintain project plans, dashboards, and status reports.
  
• Collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
  
• Drive quality governance, KPIs, and continuous process improvements.
  
• Understand business requirements and translate them into successful project outcomes.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Software Development experience.
  
• Minimum 4 years as a Software Project Manager or Delivery Manager.
  
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Sprint Planning, and Project Governance.
  
• Experience in Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Client Management, and Quality Assurance.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem -solving skills.
  

Preferred

• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
