Project Manager

• Lead end -to -end project execution, from requirement gathering to delivery and post deployment support.
  
• Manage cross -functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and UI/UX designers.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
  
• Ensure technical feasibility and maintain a balance between technical depth and project timelines.
  
• Work closely with development teams using technologies such as .NET (C#), Angular, Python, SQL, etc.
  
• Use Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues proactively.
  
• Prepare and present project progress reports to leadership and clients.
  
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently.
  
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best engineering practices across teams.
  

Requirements

• Strong hands -on experience with.NET (Core/Framework), Angular (v8+), Python, and REST APIs.
  
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
  
• Understanding of database systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git/GitHub/GitLab.
  
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps is a plus.
  
• Cloud exposure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) will be an added advantage.
