Project Manager

Job Description         Morethan 250 words    We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals. This individual will oversee planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, and delivery across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Program Planning and Execution Define objectives, scope, timelines, and success criteria; manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align expectations and provide regular status updates.
- Risk and Issue Management Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and manage issues to minimize impact on delivery.
- Governance and Reporting Establish governance frameworks, monitor performance using KPIs, and prepare executive-level reports.
- Resource and Budget Management Coordinate resource allocation, manage budgets and forecasts, and optimize utilization.
- Process Improvement Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in project and program management.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in project/program management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
