The role involves leading end -to -end project execution, managing consultants and contractors, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery, and driving project completion as per approved schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of residential high -rise construction projects.
  
• Manage project planning, execution, and site operations.
  
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  
• Monitor project timelines, quality, safety, and budgets.
  
• Oversee Mivan Shuttering execution and construction activities.
  
• Resolve project challenges and ensure timely delivery.
  
• Prepare project progress reports and review project milestones.
