Project Manager

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven Project Manager who can manage multiple creative and digital projects while coordinating between clients, designers, developers, content teams, and marketing teams.

 Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

● Manage end-to-end execution of branding, website, UI/UX, social media,packaging, and digital marketing projects.

● Create project timelines, task allocations, and delivery schedules.

● Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Client Coordination

● Act as the primary point of contact for clients.

● Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable project briefs.

● Conduct regular client meetings, updates, and follow-ups.

Team Coordination

● Coordinate with designers, developers, content writers, video editors, and marketing teams.

● Ensure smooth workflow and communication across departments.

● Monitor team productivity and task completion.

Quality Control

● Review deliverables before final submission.

● Ensure brand consistency, quality standards, and client expectations are maintained.

Process Management

● Maintain project trackers, reports, and documentation.

● Improve internal systems and operational efficiency.

● Manage revisions, approvals, and project dependencies effectively.

Reporting & Communication

● Share project status updates with management.

● Identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks proactively.

● Ensure clear communication between internal teams and clients.

Requirements
