Position: Project Manager – Solid Waste Management (SWM)

Key Responsibilities:

  Lead and manage the entire SWM project.

  Oversee daily operations across wards and ensure SOP compliance.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate and liaise with government officials, local authorities, and stakeholders.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely service delivery.

  
  


• 
  

  Plan, implement, and monitor project activities as per defined timelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Supervise manpower deployment and ensure productivity across departments.

  
  


• 
  

  Track budget utilization and optimize resources for cost-effective operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and present project reports to management and authorities.

  
  


• 
  

  Resolve operational challenges with smart, practical solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure overall project productivity, efficiency, and sustainability.

  
  

Eligibility:

• 
  

  Graduate/Post-Graduate in Management, Engineering, or related field.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in waste management/municipal projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in MS Excel and project reporting tools.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.

  
  


• 
  

  Ready to visit field locations when required.
