Position Title - Project Manager 
Department - Project Management / Delivery 
Employment Type - Full-Time 
Experience - 1 – 3 Years 
Number of Positions - 2 
Location - Remote 
Salary - ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

 
Working Hours 
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 
• Saturday: Half Day 
• 5.5 Working Days per Week 

Job Summary 
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to manage end-to-end 
software project delivery, from planning and execution to release and post-release 
support. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, 
project management, client coordination, and software development processes. The role 
requires strong ownership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder 
management skills. 

Key Responsibilities 
• Manage end-to-end software project delivery, including planning, execution, 
release, and post-release support. 
• Create and manage project roadmaps, scope, milestones, sprint plans, and release 
schedules. 
• Coordinate with Development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, Business teams, and clients to 
ensure smooth project execution. 
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, blockers, scope changes, and 
deliverables. 
• Drive Agile practices including Scrum/Kanban, sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, 
and retrospectives. 
• Ensure clear task ownership, priorities, deadlines, and regular follow-ups across 
teams. 
• Proactively identify project risks and take corrective actions to avoid delays and 
escalations. 
• Coordinate UAT, release readiness, deployment, and post-release support 
activities. 
• Manage client communication, expectations, feedback, approvals, and 
escalations. 
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and KPI-based updates for 
management. 
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure internal delivery processes 
are followed. 
• Use AI tools for project planning, documentation, reporting, analysis, and 
productivity while validating outputs before use. 

Requirements 
• 1-3 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in software or IT 
projects. 
• Hands-on experience managing software development projects. 
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. 
• Experience coordinating Development and QA teams. 
• Good understanding of SDLC, UAT, testing, APIs, deployments, and CI/CD 
processes. 
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively. 
• Strong ownership and accountability for project outcomes. 
• Comfortable working with remote/distributed teams and different time zones. 

Nice to Have 
• Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools. 
• Experience working with international clients. 
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Basic understanding of Cloud and DevOps environments. 
• Experience using AI productivity tools. 
• Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification is a plus. 

Pre-requisites 
• Laptop or desktop with reliable internet connectivity. 
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with distributed teams. 
• Comfortable coordinating with clients and teams across different time zones. 
• Ability to work during the designated working hours.
