Job Description - Project Manager

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies Lead project planning, estimation reviews, and release planning Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams Facilitate Agile ceremonies and governance meetings Track and report project status, financials, utilization, and delivery KPIs Manage stakeholder communication and executive updates Identify and mitigate delivery risks and escalation items Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery processes Support UAT, deployment planning, and post-go-live activities Collaborate with Sales and Presales during solutioning and project transitions

Agile / Scrum delivery Resource planning Risk and issue management

Change request management Stakeholder management

Budget and forecast tracking

Tools Jira Confluence Microsoft Project / Smartsheet Microsoft 365 Suite Preferred

Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Salesforce Administrator (preferred) Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification (good to have)

Skill Set

6-10 years of overall IT experience 3-5 years of project management experience

Minimum 2-3 years of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/Demandware) project experience

Experience delivering end-to-end eCommerce implementations

Experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience with offshore and distributed delivery teams Client-facing project management experience

Nice to Have

Salesforce Sales Cloud knowledge Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge Salesforce Marketing Cloud familiarity OMS (Order Management System) experience Loyalty, Data Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud exposure Shopify, Adobe Commerce (Magento), or other commerce platform experience
