Project Manager - Banking Projects

• Lead, plan, and execute banking-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to established metrics.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to gather requirements and develop project deliverables.
  
• Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  
• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the banking or financial services industry.
  
• Strong understanding of banking operations, processes, and regulations (e.g., compliance, risk management).
  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
