We're Hiring | Project Manager / Business Analyst – Cross Border Payments

Location: PAN India (As per Business Requirement)

Compensation

Senior Consultant (Business Analyst): ₹13–14 LPA

Manager (Project Manager): ₹27–28 LPA (Maximum ₹30 LPA)

Requirements

Required Skills

â 7–12+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst.

â Strong expertise in Cross-Border Payments.

â Hands-on experience with SWIFT, ISO 20022, and MT to MX Migration.

â Strong understanding of Payment Operations.

â Experience in Product Roadmap, Change Delivery, and Governance.

â Proven experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

â Strong Global Stakeholder Management across Business, Operations, and Technology teams.

â Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
