Project Manager- Civil

Job description

1. Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
   
2. Responsible for Electrical, p​anel, and wiring work and updates
   
3. Responsible for PEB and Civil engineering work at site
   
4. Responsible for HVAS work, utility, and STP Work
   
5. Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety
   
6. Draft or revise specifications, strategies, and plans
   
7. Advise on the most suitable methods and materials
   
8. Develop project documents, including quality assurance policies
   
9. Manage on-site work, logistics, and progress
   
10. Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures
    
11. Resolving design and development problems
    
12. Conduct site inspections and report
    
13. Draw up forecasts, costings, and budgets
    
14. Monitor site compliance with legislative and safety protocols
    

Requirements

Qualification: BE/B. Tech/Diploma – Civil
