Project Manager ( Civil Projects )

 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise residential construction and interior projects from planning to completion.


• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site engineers.


• Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.


• Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.


• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.


• Prepare project schedules, reports, and progress updates for management.


• Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely availability at project sites.


• Handle client coordination and provide project status updates.


• Oversee interior fit-out activities and finishing work.


• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E. Civil).


• Minimum 4+ years of experience in residential construction, building projects, or home interior projects.


• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, project planning, and site management.


• Experience in handling residential buildings, villas, apartments, and interior projects.


• Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools will be an added advantage.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
