The PM/Recruiter position is a hybrid role combining participant recruitment and end‑to‑end project management for qualitative research studies. The role requires availability during U.S. Pacific Time Zone hours and exceptional English communication skills, including clear pronunciation and comprehension, due to frequent interaction with U.S.‑based clients and participants.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Highly adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
· Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and sound decision‑making.
· Thorough understanding of Qual products and services with an ability to advise clients and participants accordingly.
Education:
Experience:
· Experience in qualitative market research, project management, participant recruitment, or related fields.
· Prior experience managing clients, research coordination, or digital recruitment processes preferred.
