Job Description - Project Manager (Compliance & Security)

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading technology -driven organization, for a Project Manager role focused on Security Compliance, Governance, and Project Coordination. Work Mode - Hybrid (4 Days Work From Office - Mandatory)

Notice Period - Immediate Joiners or Candidates who can join within 30 days preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and track multiple security and compliance initiatives.
Maintain project plans, trackers, documentation, and compliance repositories.
Support audit activities, evidence collection, and follow -up actions.
Track project risks, compliance gaps, remediation activities, and action items.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, IT, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and governance activities.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
Ensure adherence to organizational security policies, compliance frameworks, and delivery standards.

Required Skills:

1–3 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Compliance, Security Operations, or Delivery Management
Good understanding of Security & Compliance concepts including controls, audits, policies, governance, and risk management
Strong project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets, and document repositories
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast -paced environment

Preferred Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
