Description
The SAP Project Manager will play a crucial role in our SAP PM Competency - Delivery department. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, guiding our clients through SAP transformations. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving successful implementations, meeting client expectations, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Conduct regular project reviews and progress assessments, identifying and mitigating risks.
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for our clients.
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Document and share project best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and SAP innovations, incorporating them into project strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a client-centric approach.
Proficiency in SAP project management tools and methodologies.
Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
Analytical skills for risk assessment and problem-solving.
Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
Certifications in SAP project management or related fields are preferred.
