## Role Purpose\n\nTo plan and deliver cost\u2011effective IT infrastructure solutions aligned to global IT strategy and standards, ensuring they are supportable, operable, and scalable. Provide delivery support during project development and ensure consistent implementation against quality and process criteria.\n\n## Key Accountabilities \u0026 Decision Ownership\n\n### 1\\. Project Delivery Management\n\n * Manage workload within the Project Delivery \u0026 Build team.\n * Ensure high\u2011quality, updated project information in tracking tools.\n * Initiate and deliver projects in line with Project Delivery Management guidelines.\n * Plan/manage delivery dates and escalate risks/issues as needed.\n * Prioritise workload against team objectives.\n\n\n\n### 2\\. Technical Implementation (VCI Data Centres)\n\n * Manage procurement of project hardware/software.\n * Coordinate installation of servers, storage, LAN, security, DB, middleware, and related components.\n * Ensure configuration data is entered into CMDB.\n * Follow change management process for all implementations.\n * Configure backup/restore tools as per VCI service catalogue.\n * Ensure implementation quality and compliance with IT infrastructure standards.\n\n\n\n### 3\\. Project Management for Service Delivery\n\n * Lead technical implementation for internal delivery projects.\n * Provide end\u2011to\u2011end project management for complex deliveries.\n * Apply PRINCE2 governance including structure, controls, risks, changes, and communication.\n * Implement parameters and functions in monitoring/workflow tools per SLA needs.\n\n\n\n### 4\\. Operational Readiness \u0026 Acceptance (ORA)\n\n * Secure Operational QA approvals with VT\u2011IS \u0026 OPCO teams.\n * Deliver outcomes to VCI Operations.\n * Ensure deployments match delivery standards.\n\n\n\n### 5\\.
