Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
• Coordinate and communicate project objectives, expectations, and deliverables to team members and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring effective solutions are implemented.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross -functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project reviews and post -implementation evaluations to identify areas of improvement and lessons learned.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment to motivate Software developers and testers
• Ensure organizational key performance indicators for developers and testers are identified, tracked, and reported (for onsite, remote and hybrid workers)
• Convene meetings and plan agenda to ensure important issues are aired and resolved.
• Provide continuous feedback for direct reports through regular one -on -one meetings
• Plan, document, manage and evaluate staff performance, or contribute to evaluation by their managers.
• Contribute to training need Identification for less skilled professionals and help in their mentoring and training.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Project Management Certification ie PMI, PMP (Mandatory)
• PM Tools (JIRA/Confluence)
Skills & Experience
• 7 -12 years of overall experience with at least 3 -9 years of Project Management Experience
• MBA or equivalent degree is a plus
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP Project Management
• Experience in managing the implementation of modules like FICO, SCM, CRM, HRMS, etc across any industry vertical.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• 3+ years of professional Scrum Master experience
• Experience in onsite, remote and virtual team management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem -solving and decision -making abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
