Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.


• Manage day-to-day communication and follow-ups with customers and internal teams.


• Coordinate and track resource allocation, task assignments, and deliverables.


• Monitor project progress, timelines, dependencies, and blockers.


• Prepare and manage professional project-related emails, reports, and status updates.


• Handle customer interactions professionally and ensure timely resolution and escalation of concerns.


• Collaborate with Development, QA, Product, DevOps, and other teams for project execution.


• Proactively follow up on pending activities and ensure timely closure.


• Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and business requirements.
