• Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
  
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies and tools
  
• In -depth understanding of project planning, execution, and closure phases
  
• Sound financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
  
• Knowledge of quality management systems and standards
  
• Vendor and contract management experience
  
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to manage large, diverse teams and resolve conflicts
  
• Familiarity with procurement processes related to projects
  
• Mandatory - Experience in brown field & interior fitouts projects.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning
  

• Ensure delivery of 3D plans and BOQ within the set timelines keeping the client's requirements in mind to ensure closure of agreement keeping to ensure the handover date.
  
• Determine optimum method of operations to achieve required finished product efficiently.
  
• Create a project plan and share with all stakeholders specifying deliverables and Timelines
  
• Handover details regarding material etc required for the project to Procurement at BOQ stage
