Role Summary

The role will support the Programme Manager in driving projects, administration of the product space, working within the wider Services area of DC.

Role and Responsibilities:

Project Initiation and Planning:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and objectives

• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

• Configure JIRA projects to align with project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

• Work to improve existing workflows and issue types to streamline project processes

• Team Management and Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment

• Assign tasks and track progress using JIRA's task management features

• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders

• Conduct regular team meetings and retrospectives to identify improvement areas

• Champion change and encourage others
