The organization specializes in BIM -enabled engineering services for buildings and infrastructure projects, delivering Structural and MEP engineering solutions through both Virtual Technical Office and End -to -End project delivery models.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Key Account Lead to manage strategic international clients while driving end -to -end project delivery for engineering and BIM projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Structural Steel Detailing / BIM projects along with exposure to international client management.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Key Account Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for international clients across the USA, Europe, Australia, and Gulf regions
  
• Understand client pipeline, business goals, and project requirements
  
• Drive account growth through upselling and cross -selling opportunities
  
• Manage quotations, negotiations, change orders, invoicing, and collections
  
• Build and maintain long -term client relationships
  
• Ensure strong quote conversion and customer satisfaction
  

Project Delivery & Execution

• Lead and manage teams of 30–50 engineers, team leads, and QC members
  
• Plan and execute multiple concurrent projects efficiently
  
• Ensure timely delivery of high -quality drawings, BIM models, and documentation
  
• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and capacity planning
  
• Track project progress and optimize delivery performance
  

Commercial & Financial Management

• Own revenue, utilization, and project margin performance
  
• Prepare accurate project estimations and effort calculations
  
• Prevent revenue leakage through proper scope and change management
  
• Ensure timely billing and payment follow -ups
  
• Monitor financial performance and submit utilization reports
  

Technical & Client Coordination

• Conduct project kick -off meetings and client reviews
  
• Manage RFIs and technical clarifications
  
• Review and approve key deliverables before client submission
  
• Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients
  

Team Leadership & Quality Management

• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering teams and team leaders
  
• Conduct performance reviews and define KPIs
  
• Maintain strong QA/QC standards across projects
  
• Conduct root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
  
• Drive technical learning sessions and productivity improvements
  

Technology & Process Improvement

• Drive adoption of Tekla, Revit, and BIM tools
  
• Improve productivity through automation and parametric workflows
  
• Identify process improvement opportunities using AI and digital tools
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• B.E / B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering (Mandatory)
  
• M.E / M.Tech preferred
  
• PMP / Tekla / Revit / BIM certifications are an added advantage
  

Experience

• 10–20 years overall experience
  
• Strong hands -on experience in Steel Detailing (Tekla) / Structural BIM
  
• Proven experience in end -to -end Project Management
  
• Experience managing teams of 15–50 members
  
• Mandatory experience working with international clients
  
• Strong exposure to estimation, commercial management, and margin ownership
  
• Experience in Structural Steel Detailing / BIM / Engineering Services industry preferred
