Project Manager-Mechanichal

Qualification: B.E. (Mechanichal Engineering), M.Tech. preferred    
Exp: Minimum 15-18 years’ experience on construction site.

Responsibilities: 

• Good understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, pumps, ventilation, fire-fighting systems, and related mechanical installations.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, and contract management.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant engineering/project management software.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes, standards, safety requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Understanding of testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.
• Experience in handling HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other mechanical building services will be preferred.
• Experience in institutional, educational, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, or large-scale building projects will be an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in coordinating consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams will be preferred.
