1. Tracking of project through client’s digital mode of control.
2. Regular site visits to monitor projects quality.
3. Issue site observation or defect/snag list
4. Analysis of on-going activities.
5. Checking of all materials, testing and records.

Preparation of close out report/ lesson learned of each phase of project

1. Education – Diploma / B.E in Electrical/Mechanical
2. Preferably skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
3. Experience in working with projects of Industrial, Commercial
4. Strong understanding of MEP design principles and calculations.
5. Expertise in relevant building codes and regulations.
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
7. Site Inspections – Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to engineering standards and project requirements.

Quality Assurance – Ensure material specifications meet quality standards and oversee testing/commissioning activities.
