Project Manager - Spaceborne & Satellite Systems

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results -oriented Project
Manager to lead and coordinate projects related to space -borne and satellite
systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, planning, and
communication skills and will be responsible for driving project execution
across cross -functional teams.

This role involves close collaboration with the engineering
team, stakeholders, clients, and external advisors. You will play a pivotal
role in managing timelines, budgets, risk, and scope while ensuring project
goals align with GalaxEye’s mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead
  the planning and execution of space -borne and satellite system projects
  from initiation to delivery.
  
• Define
  project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior
  leadership and technical teams.
  
• Develop
  detailed project plans and monitor progress using project management
  tools.
  
• Identify
  and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  
• Coordinate
  internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
  
• Facilitate
  communication across teams and act as a bridge between technical and
  non -technical stakeholders.
  
• Track
  project performance, specifically to analyze successful completion of
  short and long -term goals.
  
• Provide
  regular updates to leadership, clients, and other stakeholders.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s
  degree (B.Tech / B.E) in Engineering or equivalent.
  
• Master’s
  in Management or equivalent (preferred).
  

Skills & Requirements

• 3+
  years of hands -on experience in project management, preferably in
  aerospace, satellite, or high -tech engineering domains.
  
• Exceptional
  client -facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Proven
  experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana,
  or similar).
  
• Strong
  organizational and problem -solving abilities with excellent attention to
  detail.
  
• Ability
  to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast -paced environment.
  
• Demonstrated
  ability to work methodically and collaboratively in cross -functional
  teams.
  
• Familiarity
  with spaceborne or satellite systems is a strong advantage.
