About the Role:

Indus Net Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Kolkata office. The ideal candidate will have strong technical project management experience along with expertise in pre-sales activities, project documentation, client communication, account management, and project execution.

We are looking for someone who can deeply understand business problems, develop solutions accordingly, consult clients, deliver persuasive presentations, and confidently communicate the quality of work delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client business problems and develop tailored solutions.

Lead pre-sales efforts including client consultation, presentations, and proposals.

Create detailed project documentation, including requirement analysis, project plans, and reports.

Manage end-to-end project execution ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients regarding project progress, challenges, and deliverables.

Consult with clients, give impactful presentations, and convincingly communicate the quality and value of the services delivered.

Manage accounts post-delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.

Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.

Handle team coordination, risk management, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management.

Proven experience in pre-sales, project documentation, client communication, account management, and project execution.

Excellent communication, client-handling, and presentation skills.

Highly presentable with strong consulting skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Must be available for a face-to-face interview in Kolkata.
