We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with proven experience in managing Zoho Implementation projects to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:



  • Zoho Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation projects involving Zoho applications, ensuring successful deployment and integration based on client requirements.

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, set milestones, and monitor project progress. Proactively address challenges and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

  • Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. Provide regular updates, address concerns, and collaborate to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and quality assurance, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to prevent project delays and ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality standards throughout the project, conducting thorough testing and validation to guarantee the functionality and reliability of Zoho solutions.

  • Training and Support: Provide training sessions to clients on Zoho applications. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure clients maximize the benefits of the implemented solutions.






Requirements

Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on Zoho Implementation projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of Zoho applications and their functionalities.

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships.

  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
