Key Responsibilities:

• Zoho Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation projects involving Zoho Applications, ensuring successful deployment and integration based on client requirements.
  




• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive Project Plans, set milestones, and monitor project progress. Proactively address challenges and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  




• Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. Provide regular updates, address concerns, and collaborate to enhance overall Customer Satisfaction.
  




• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Business Analysts, and Quality Assurance teams, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  




• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to prevent project delays and ensure successful project outcomes.
  




• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality standards throughout the project, conducting thorough testing and validation to guarantee the functionality and reliability of Zoho Solutions.
  




• Training and Support: Provide training sessions to clients on Zoho Applications. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure clients maximize the benefits of the implemented solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on Zoho Implementation Projects.
  




• In-depth knowledge of Zoho Applications and their functionalities.
  




• Strong Project Management skills, including Planning, Execution, and Risk Management.
  




• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to foster positive client relationships.
  




• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with Cross-functional Teams.
